<p>Il messaggio centrale è <strong>&#8220;Mangiare cibo vero.  Con moderazione. Soprattutto vegetali&#8221;</strong>,  un invito a distinguere tra <strong>cibo naturale</strong> (verdura, frutta, cereali integrali, legumi) e <strong>trasformazioni industriali</strong> (ultralavorati, pieni di additivi).  Il libro si divide in tre parti:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Mangiare cibo vero</strong>: come riconoscere il cibo reale, evitando prodotti con ingredienti illeggibili o con lunghe liste di additivi.</li>
<li><strong>Soprattutto vegetali</strong>: preferire piante, funghi, cereali integrali e alimenti minimamente lavorati.</li>
<li><strong>Con moderazione</strong>: imparare a mangiare in modo equilibrato, rispettando i ritmi naturali del corpo e della tavola.</li>
</ul>
<p>E tra le regole più note troviamo:</p>
<ul>
<li><em>&#8220;Evitate cibi con ingredienti che un bambino di terza elementare non riuscirebbe a pronunciare&#8221;</em></li>
<li><em>&#8220;Bevete l’acqua degli spinaci&#8221;</em></li>
<li><em>&#8220;Colazione da re, pranzo da principe, cena da povero&#8221;</em></li>
<li><em>&#8220;Uscite dal supermercato appena potete&#8221;</em></li>
</ul>
<p>Semplice da leggere, il libro è un divertente strumento per riprendere il controllo sul proprio modo di alimentarsi, contrapponendo il fast food e l’industria alimentare.</p>
